Handbook

The Parent/Guardian Handbook has been created to provide you with clear guidelines and policies on Nipissing University Youth Programs. We are dedicated to providing community youth high-level, enriched learning experiences in fun, safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments.  This document provides you with information on our refund policies, pick-up/drop-off practices, health & behaviour policies, staff-screening and more.   You can reference this document anytime and/or request a copy through the Office of Extended Learning at extendedlearning@nipissingu.ca.

Parents/Guardians will be emailed 1-2 business days
before their child's camp starts with information on drop-off/pick-up, any specific details pertaining to the camp and reminders outlined in our handbook.

Registration will close a minimum of 2 business days before start dates and/or once a program reaches capacity.

Administration of Medication Policy

The Administration of Medication in Youth Programs Policy was written to ensure there is an established procedure allowing medication to be properly administered, if applicable, during youth programs. Please review this policy if it is applicable to your youth program participant and email extendedlearning@nipissingu.ca for a Medication Administration Authorization Form.
