Tiny Lakers Basketball is a fun, girls-only introductory basketball program for ages 4 to 9, designed to help young girls build confidence, develop fundamental movement skills, and discover a love for sport in a positive and supportive environment. Led by Nipissing University women's basketball student-athletes, Phys Ed placement students, and local coaches, the program focuses on fun, friendship, and skill development through engaging games and age-appropriate activities. Tiny Lakers follows an early entry, not early specialization, approach, creating opportunities for girls to be active, learn, and grow while developing a strong sense of belonging. As the only current girls-only basketball program for this age group in North Bay, Tiny Lakers provides an important entry point into sport and serves as a foundation for continued participation in basketball and physical activity throughout childhood.

Perfect for ages: 4 - 9

Time: 4:00 pm - 5:15 pm on the following Sundays this fall: September 13, September 27, October 4, October 18, and October 25. Please note, drop off will be at 3:45pm - 4:00pm and pick up will be from 5:15pm-5:30pm
