This camp is perfect for ages: U13, U15, U18 (2008 - 2017 birth years)
Time of day (pick up/drop off start 30-mins prior): 9am-12pm (pickup by 12:15pm)
Join us for our annual all Girls Hockey Camp at the Pete Palangio Arena, where young athletes have the opportunity to train and learn from current Nipissing Lakers Women’s Hockey players and coaching staff.
Designed for players looking to elevate their game before the season begins, this camp focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving individual skills and fostering a love for the game of hockey.
Each Day Campers should expect to have 1.5 hours of on ice training focused on skating technique, puck control, shooting and passing. Campers should also expect to take part in 1.5 hours of off ice activities including a snack break as well as dryland training and games. Off ice activities will be age-appropriate conditioning, athletic development, and team building activities that support on ice performance.
With a supportive and energetic environment, campers receive hands on instruction, positivie mentorship and an unforgettable experience with the Nipissing Lakers Women’s Hockey Program.
Develop your skills and boost your confidence, prior to the season beginning.
PLEASE NOTE: the schedule for this camp is tentative and ice times/contracts need to be finalized by the City of North Bay. Dates and times are subject to change.
