The Girls Performance Basketball Camp is designed for female athletes who want to train with intention in a focused, supportive environment. On-court sessions will emphasize skill development, decision-making, and competitive play through game-like drills and small-sided games. In addition to on-court training, athletes will take part in off-court sessions focused on mental skills, strength and conditioning principles, and basic nutrition education. These sessions are meant to support overall athlete development and help players better understand the demands of performance sport. The camp is led by experienced coaches and is suitable for athletes who enjoy being challenged, working hard, and learning alongside other committed players.

Perfect for ages: grade 9-12 (as of September 2026)

Time of day: Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
